Elmer East
Overview
Fury holds a 100% interest in the Elmer East project, located in the Eeyou Istchee Territory within the James Bay region of Northern Quebec. The project comprises 929 claims covering 488.4 km² and includes the adjacent Annabelle and Opinaca Gold West claim blocks.
The project hosts the Lloyd and Georgekish gold discoveries, as well as the Ninaaskumuwin lithium discovery, where maiden drilling in 2024 intersected 32.35 m of 1.16% Li2O and 22.48 m of 1.19% Li2O. Recent metallurgical test work confirmed the potential direct shipping ore concentrate grading up to 6.0% Li2O with 77% lithium recovery. The lithium mineralized spodumene-bearing pegmatite remains open at depth and along strike, warranting additional drilling.

Location & Infrastructure
The Elmer East project is located in the Eeyou Istchee Territory of the James Bay region of Northern Québec and comprises 929 claims covering 488.4 km².
The project is accessible via the paved Billy Diamond Highway and helicopter support from the ‘KM 381’ rest station, where year-round accommodation, catering, fuel and power are available.
The Ninaaskumuwin lithium discovery is located approximately 60 km north of the ‘KM 381’ infrastructure hub and approximately 50 km north of Rio Tinto’s Galaxy Lithium project.
Project Geology
The Elmer East project consists of different parts of the Eastmain volcano-sedimentary belt within the James Bay region of Northern Quebec. Geological characteristics of the project are as follows:
- a volcano-sedimentary sequence, comprising from base to summit, basalts, conglomerates, sandstone-grauwacke and paragneiss, all intruded by several felsic intrusions;
- a structural complexity with zones of intense folding and shearing;
- felsic and sedimentary volcanic units dated to around <2709 Ma; and
- a major variation of the metamorphic gradient from greenschist to upper amphibolite.
Exploration
2025 Work Progress includes:
In July 2025, Fury announced drill results from a maiden program totalling 825 metres in five holes. The drilling targeted a spodumene-bearing pegmatite outcrop, which returned surface samples of up to 3.92% Li2O. Highlights from the drill campaign include 32.35m of 1.16% Li2O from hole EE24-003 and 22.48m of 1.19% Li2O from hole EE24-002. The lithium mineralized spodumene-bearing pegmatite remains open at depth and along strike, warranting additional drilling (see news release dated July 9, 2025).
All five drill holes intersected highly fractionated pegmatite with spodumene mineralization observed in three of the holes. The spodumene mineralization observed is evenly distributed throughout the intersected pegmatite. The pegmatite is composed of quartz, plagioclase, potassic feldspar, and spodumene with a lesser proportion of muscovite, tourmaline, and garnet. The spodumene is light greenish-white and occurs as large and elongated crystals averaging 2 x 5 cm and up to 2 x 15 cm. A portion of the pegmatite is albite altered, in which spodumene is concentrated in bands of fine-grained crystals. The pegmatite is hosted in metasedimentary units, mainly matrix-supported conglomerate interbedded with wacke and coarse-grained sandstone.

Downhole thickness was used due to the uncertainty in the orientations of the mineralized pegmatite bodies.

Historical drilling:
Historical exploration across the Elmer East project has included regional geological mapping, prospecting, geochemical sampling, airborne geophysical surveys and target generation programs focused on identifying structurally controlled gold mineralization.
Prior to 2020, a high-resolution helicopter-borne mag survey was completed over portions of the property. Historical data including more than 30,000 outcrop observations, combined with over 12,000 lithogeochemical samples, were complied and reinterpreted to refine the existing large-scale geological mapping and the regional geological map. Discoveries including the Lloyd and Geogregeksih, results received from surface sampling programs confirmed new gold mineralized systems with several high-grade grab sample values.
At the Lloyd discovery, the exploration work shows a 4.5 km long gold-bearing structure with high grades that remains open to extend mineralization at depth. Processing of aeromagnetic and orthophotos/LiDAR data defines dilatant zones along the structure in a sinistral strike-slip system and connected with dykes. The recommended follow-up program consists of Induced Polarization survey to better define the structure’s high-priority gold targets followed by drilling.
At the Georgekish discovery, the geophysical and litho-structural interpretation carried out highlights major NW trending gold structures that border folded volcano-sedimentary units. This suggests that the lithologic contrast located near anticlinal fold axes are the best targets for gold mineralization. Only the southern part of the discovery area has been prospected. Additional prospecting is recommended over the NW trending structures.
