Mr. Clark brings 23 years of global capital markets experience with numerous US, European and Canadian banks, including Barclays Capital, National Bank Financial, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and most recently BMO Capital Markets, where he held the role of Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales. Over the years, he has developed strong working relationships with Tier 1 institutional investors throughout the United States providing corporate strategy, and peer and financial analysis and insights on corporates within the materials, commodities and mining sectors. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. van Staden brings over 15 years of diverse international experience in various accounting roles and industries throughout South Africa and Canada. He obtained his BCom and BCom Honours degrees respectively from the University of Pretoria and the University of South Africa in 2007. Mr. van Staden served as head of the finance department at Arthur Kaplan, the largest Swiss watch retailer in Africa, where he oversaw a nationwide ERP implementation and system redesign. He then moved on to become the finance and general manager of Pezula Golf and Housing Estate, where he helped to establish the company as a top 5 housing estate within South Africa. Mr. van Staden has been with Fury Gold since 2020 and has leveraged his business experience in management, corporate finance, and financial reporting to support the company’s continued growth.

Mr. Courchesne brings over 40 years of experience in engineering, process development, feasibility studies, due diligence, construction, operations, site infrastructure, and demolition. His extensive background provides a comprehensive understanding of all project phases within the minerals industry. He spent a significant portion of his career in the gold sector with Cambior, served as a department and project manager for engineering firms, participate in developing Stornoway Diamonds Mine from feasibility study-level to production and worked for Rio Tinto in Labrador City. He is a Mining Engineering graduate from Laval University and a Professional Engineer in the province of Quebec since 1984.

Ms Blier brings over 20 years of mining experience. She has managed environmental and social impact assessments, coordinated provincial and federal authorizations, and implemented environmental management systems across project life cycles—from exploration and construction through operations and closure. Her background includes leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing technical consultants, and maintaining strong working relationships with regulators and government agencies to deliver on permitting schedules and compliance commitments. Ms. Blier has held senior positions at various mining companies, including Director of Sustainable Development at IAMGOLD Corporation for 15 years, and Hecla Québec.
